Ketchum, Williams and PR Bloggers

I admit that my head's been down lately and I'm late to the Ketchum/Williams scandal, but several PR bloggers were on the case and have represented us well - taking the opportunity to try and save our industry a smidgen of dignity.  Thanks for jumping in Jeremy, Richard, Ben and Colin. This situation is a big kick in the gut and affects us all.  And the irony - here we are in the business of PR. While we may not all specialize in crisis communications, we should certainly understand the fundamentals.  A firm as large at Ketchum surely has a small army focused on crisis comm and I'm having a hard time understanding the delayed statement that was issued today.
