Under Your Nose
I attended IBD's Under the Radar show yesterday and enjoyed learning about some hot new vendors and catching up with fellow PR consultants and journalists. Our client, Peerflix, won the innovation award in their category. A panel of venture capitalists judged the presentations and voted on the winner - a great format for start-ups and entrepreneurs to tell their story and receive valuable feedback. Kudos to the IBD folks and Morgan's team at Lewis PR for a well organized event. I enjoyed hearing PubSub present - a product I use and enjoy. Bob Wyman, founder and CTO, (thanks for the info, Morgan) broke down the difference between retrospective vs. progression search - how PubSub lets you know when something new is found that matches your keyword or phrase. Interesting. I also got a kick out of Medio Systems. Medio provides internet search for cell phones - cutting the deck from nine screens to get your search result to one And they can add an ad to the search. Pretty powerful stuff. Fore more info on IBD and Peerflix take a look at Face-to-Face, Rafe's Blog, and the Under the Radar Profile.

Beg your pardon - he's the founder and CTO - but was the key presenter.

Good to see you Matthew. Thanks for the kind words. Just so you know the CEO of PubSub is Bob Wyman. Catch up with you soon.
